MG has updated the specifications and pricing of three of its key UK models, with the MG3, ZS and HS all receiving additional standard equipment and revised interior finishes.
The changes cover petrol, hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions across the three model ranges, with MG focusing on improvements to comfort, convenience and technology rather than major changes to the vehicles themselves.
The updates also include improvements to the Hybrid+ powertrain used by the MG3 and ZS. MG says upgrades to the electric motor and generator are intended to improve performance, efficiency and refinement.
The three models have already played an important role in MG’s UK Hybrid+ line-up. In October 2025, the manufacturer highlighted the MG3, ZS and HS among its strongest-performing hybrid models, with all three featuring in the UK’s top 10 best-selling hybrid vehicles for September that year.
MG3 Gets Updated Interior
The MG3 range now comes with upgraded upholstery across all versions.
The entry-level MG3 SE receives a revised black cloth interior and an updated seat design. Higher-specification Trophy Hybrid+ models move to black leather- and suede-style upholstery, giving the cabin a more premium finish.
The MG3 continues to be available with both petrol and Hybrid+ powertrains, providing buyers with a choice between conventional petrol power and a hybrid system.
More Equipment For MG ZS
The MG ZS SE Hybrid+ receives a number of technology and convenience upgrades.
Standard equipment now includes a 360-degree high-definition camera, working alongside rear parking sensors to make manoeuvring easier. A wireless smartphone charging pad has also been added, while the interior receives improved black cloth upholstery.
Moving up to the ZS Trophy Hybrid+ brings further equipment. These versions now feature an opening panoramic sunroof and powered tailgate, alongside the new black leather- and suede-style upholstery.
The ZS remains available with either petrol or Hybrid+ power, giving customers a choice depending on their preferred powertrain and driving requirements.

MG has also increased the standard equipment available on the HS.
Entry-level HS SE models now feature heated front seats and a heated steering wheel, while wireless smartphone charging and a 360-degree camera system have also been added.
The electric windows receive one-touch operation across all four doors.
The higher-specification HS Trophy adds ventilated front seats, providing additional comfort during warmer weather. These models also gain an opening panoramic sunroof and black leather- and suede-style upholstery.
The HS range continues to offer petrol, Hybrid+ and plug-in hybrid powertrains.
