Disclosure:The prospective customer / guarantor has been advised that the information provided by them will be passed on by CVC and subsequently a credit agency search will be made against them and recorded by the agency. The customer / guarantor has also been advised how we intend to use the information provided.

I hereby warrant that the information contained in this application is true and accurate and authorise CVC to make all enquiries to verify the Information to enable it to consider this application. I understand that the lender reserves the right to decline this application.
