During his leisure time, Russell's true passion lies in embarking on exciting cruises, allowing him to uncover new and intriguing destinations. If he's not experiencing the wonders of the open sea, you can find him outdoors in the company of his beloved dogs.
Office and Operations Manager
Philip Boswell
Throughout his professional career, Philip held various roles in sales and operations management, bringing three decades of experience in the vehicle industry.Â
Ensuring the satisfaction of customers has always been Philip's top priority. He possesses an exceptional background in addressing customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise. Phil thrives on challenges and is always prepared to handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally. His enthusiasm and adaptability allow him to tackle any obstacle with confidence and resourcefulness.
Outside of work, Phil is a dedicated supporter of Arsenal FC. He also enjoys spending time with his family and has a particular passion for motorcycles, including his beloved Kawasaki Z1000 Sx Tourer.

Steven Derham
Steve began his automotive industry journey in the 80s at the Lloyds Bowmaker. During his time there, he collaborated with joint venture companies like BMW and Mercedes Benz, providing finance to customers through the motor dealer network. After transitioning into the world of Contract Hire during its early stages, he has since collaborated with major funders like PHH and Lex Autolease.
With experience on both sides of the funding process, Steve is well-equipped to offer customers a wealth of knowledge and experience that surpasses their expectations.
In his leisure time, Steve enjoys golfing most weekends and participates in club and county competitions. He has also been fortunate to play on prestigious courses in Ireland, South Africa, and Dubai. Additionally, he has a fondness for Indian and Thai cuisine, as well as the traditional English roast on Sundays.
Operations and Logistics Executive
Callum Green
After gaining experience in the fibre industry by analysing data and integrating business systems, Callum realised that his skillset would be a good fit for the Financial Services sector. His meticulous attention to detail and personal interest in vehicles made him particularly suited for the leasing industry.
In his new role, Callum provides outstanding support to his colleagues Tom and Phil within the Operations and Logistics department. Together, they work diligently to keep customers informed of their vehicle order progress and ensure prompt and timely delivery.
Outside of work, Callum is an avid supporter of his beloved football team and enjoys spending time with his fiancé. They often attend various festivals and take every opportunity to travel abroad. In his spare time, Callum also enjoys gaming at home and is currently studying for a computer degree.
Finance and Compliance Director
Christopher Orwin
Chris's journey in the industry began in 2005 as an Account Manager, where he gained valuable knowledge of the leasing broker market sector. Following a nine-year tenure in this role, he joined Russell as a Director at Commercial Vehicle Contracts Limited.
For the past decade, Chris has been in charge of the finance and financial regulation divisions of the company. Additionally, he actively collaborates with the management team to ensure the smooth functioning of the Human Resources department. Chris's professionalism and eye for detail have helped the firm to become established with its unique market position.
In his free time, Chris takes the opportunity to escape to Cumbria in the north. There, he can relax and rejuvenate by indulging in his passion for mountain climbing.

Graham Tiller
With over twenty years of experience in commercial print, Graham has accumulated a wealth of experience in the business-to-business sector. Understanding the significance of catering to customers' needs under tight deadlines, he made a career shift and joined the sales team at Commercial Vehicle Contracts.
Graham's knowledge and expertise in commercial vehicles and financial packages ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and find the right solutions for their needs. He is known for being friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist.Â
Outside of work, Graham enjoys taking the scenic routes on his motorbike down the country lanes, whilst following motorsport in general where possible. He also loves spending quality time with his family.

Max has established his sales career in the automotive sector, starting out at a main dealership. He has since demonstrated his skills in several industries, including holiday homes and lodges, as well as Environmental Waste Management. Outside of work, Max prioritises spending time with his girlfriend, dog, friends, and family. He also enjoys playing football and recently started kickboxing to his roster of hobbies. Additionally, Max occasionally engages in poker games.

Kasia Parda
Kasia, also known as Kate, brought her experience in handling Commercial Vehicle Contracts' tax affairs from her previous role at an accountancy firm when she joined the business in 2019. Despite making a complete career switch, she quickly grasped a thorough understanding of the vehicle leasing industry.
With a keen eye for detail, Kasia skillfully manages our website and social media platforms. Her goal is to enhance customers' leasing experience by providing accurate pricing and creating engaging content, as well as keeping the customers informed about special offers via our weekly newsletter.Â
Outside of work, Kasia cherishes spending quality time with her fiancé and children. She loves travelling to exotic destinations and indulging in a variety of cuisines. Kasia also possesses a genuine passion for DIY projects, demonstrating her creative and hands-on nature.

With a remarkable background in IT and Change Management, James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his ten-year employment in the NHS. Before joining Commercial Vehicle Contracts, he also gained four years of invaluable experience in the fast-paced realm of e-commerce.
James provides a comprehensive oversight of the business, with a particular emphasis on leading and supporting the Account Managers. His profound understanding of the industry ensures that each customer is provided with the perfect vehicle and finance solution, tailored to their unique needs.
James loves the outdoors, and he often unwinds by cycling when he's not engrossed in his passion for property renovations. He also enjoys relaxing with his partner and two little boys.

Outside of his professional life, Ryan is a devoted partner, and a father to two teens and a fur baby. He dedicates himself to serving the community by working as a retained firefighter at Crowborough Fire Station in the East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service. Additionally, he provides coaching assistance to his son's U-16s rugby team.
