Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm your details, the vehicle details, and the van lease terms. Here are some questions we will ask:
- Will this be a personal or business vehicle?
- What type of business are you (sole trader, limited company or partnership)?
- What is the name of your business?
- How long have you been in business?
- What is your annual mileage?
- How much do you plan to pay for the initial rental?
- How long do you want to lease the vehicle for?
Once we have all the required information, we will then e-mail you your van lease quote. Your quote will show a final price for both maintained and non-maintained leases, and include all van extras that you requested (i.e a Luton van tail lift or a pickup truck tow bar). After reviewing it, you have the option of accepting your quote online in just one click. Your next step will be ordering a vehicle. A customer order form confirming your van leasing deal terms and vehicle details will be sent to you. When you sign, you agree to the lease terms and pricing and authorise us to apply for the vehicle finance on your behalf. We will help you with the van finance application process and inform you if any supporting documents are required. The chance of this happening is rare, but it can occur when you apply for van finance as a new ltd or you haven't been trading long enough to build a credit history. Once your finance application has been approved, you will only have to wait for the delivery of your vehicle. It's that easy!
