Your vehicle needs will determine which leasing deal is best for you. Hence, you need to tell us everything about your business nature, the vehicle specs you want, and the contract terms you need. The best van leasing deal is one that fully covers your requirements. At this stage, our expert team want to find out the following to find the best leasing option and vehicle:
- Do you have a preferred manufacturer or model?
- What's the plan for the vehicle? Where will you use it? The information will include the load you normally carry.
- Your type of leasing agreement (Personal or Business Contract Hire, Finance Lease etc.)
- How long do you wish to run your lease for?
- What is your annual mileage?

Ordering your new vehicle
We're ready to start processing your order for your new car or van now that you've decided which one you want.
We will confirm with you:
- The details of the vehicle you're ordering
- The length of the lease agreement
- The monthly rental amount, along with the initial rental amount
- The total mileage covered by the lease agreement, plus the rate for any excess mileage
- Details of any additional items or services you have ordered
- The end of lease procedure and the standard the vehicle will need to be returned in
- Then we'll ask you to sign a vehicle order form so we can start the finance process.
Getting funding
The next step is to get you approved for credit with one of our many funding partners. These partners include Lex Autolease, LeasePlan, and BNP Parabis.
We'll ask you to fill out a simple finance application, which details:
- Employment history
- Bank account to confirm your address
- Your previous and current home addresses
- Your business address etc.
The underwriter checks the affordability of the loan. They also make sure that it is a real person making the request and not somebody pretending to be you.
We aim to get the quickest response to your credit application. Usually, we can get an answer, whether positive or negative, within 24-48 hours.
Finance approval
You will now receive your finance documentation from our funding partner. The documentation must be signed and returned to us in order to confirm your finance.
If you're a regulated customer such as an individual, a sole trader, or a partnership of fewer than four partners. In that case, you have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you can change your mind and cancel your agreement.
If you are an unregulated customer because you are a limited company or a partnership with more than three partners, there is no cooling-off period.
Now just wait for delivery
We will give you an estimated delivery date for your vehicle. We base the delivery date on its availability and the length of time it may take to complete any added extras. Most of our in-stock vehicles are delivered within 2 weeks.
If you're subject to a cooling-off period, we can only deliver your new vehicle once this period is over. Other customers can get their vehicle delivered once they've signed the finance agreement, depending on availability and delivery schedules. Our dedicated operations team will always keep you updated throughout the process.
